The decision was made against working out of one base where our installers would travel across the country to install green technology from Penzance in Cornwall to Thurso at the tip of Scotland. Many large national companies use this model, where a team of installers drive many miles to site, work for a few days, finish the job and head home. Any problems with your system you may find it difficult to get an engineer quickly to site, and you'd be lucky if it is the same one who did the installation. MCS accreditation

Microgeneration Certificate Scheme (MCS) is an independent organisation that accredits installers and products to a consistent standard; its aim is to uphold robust standards in the industry. MCS accreditation is a prerequisite for gaining Government funding towards a renewable project. All of the products that we sell and all of the installers that we use are MCS accredited.

REA membership

Renewable Energy Association (REA) represents the UK’s renewable energy industry; they provide the Renewable Energy Assurance Scheme (REAL) for consumers. This sets a code of conduct and a UK standard for the industry ensuring a minimum standard of quality for products and services.

Quality of Product

Under Floor Heating and Ground Source Pipes

The pipes we use in our under floor heating and ground source heat pumps come with a 50 year guarantee. These high quality pipes contain a flexible 5 layered polyethelene PE-RT composite pipe which is CE approved and has a life expectancy in excess of 100 years.

Heat Pumps

All of our heat pumps come with at least 2 years guarantee. This covers absolutely everything in the first 2 years, parts and labour. Were so confident with the quality of our products, we have given an extra 4 years on top of the 2 years on the compressor, the “engine” of the product, giving you confidence in the quality of our products. The life expectancy our of products is 25 years!

Hot water storage tanks

Unlike most hot water storage tanks, the hygenix won’t get clogged with limescale, a possible breeding ground for legionnaires disease, the manufacture is so confident of its performance our Hygenix Tank has 20 years of guarantee so you know it was designed and built with good quality materials and made to last.

Solar Hot Water Collectors

Our solar collectors have an impressive 10 year guarantee, made with weather resistant materials and construction methods that pay attention to detail; you can expect many years of use from your modules.

Our Solar PV have industry leading guarantees: 5 Year Product Guarantee - Can be extended to 10 years, 12 Year 90% Power Output Guarantee, 25 Year 80% Power Output Guarantee

Our high quality SMA inverter comes with a 5 year warranty, with can be extended with SMA to 25 years.
