The Green Home Directory Terms & Conditions
Free Listing Criteria - One of our icon links must be continually present on your main page of your website ( we recommend next to your social media links) and one of our button links must be present on your environmental policy page and/or links page if available.
Paying Criteria - For companies who do not wish to place a link to us from their main page, your can pay for your inclusion. Our button link must be present on your environmental policy page and/or links page if available. And an annual fee will be chagred (fee can be waivered for chartiable and educational organisations).
*Important*: Paying Criteria does not come into effect until 2012, organisations are welcome to join under paying criteria (a link on policy or links page only) and can have their listing removed when we notify them the start of the annual fee. We wish to demonstrate the value of being inlcuded in our directory before we charge paying members.
What's included in a profile?
All listings inlcude, logo, company description, product/service description, contact details (inlcuding a link to your website) and Google Map. Your product desciption can include pictures, between 3 to 5, however mosaic pictures count as one.
All information submitted is made publicly available on several pages within the The Green Directory and may also be used on additional websites belonging to Green Home Solutions Ltd. We reserve the right to edit details, change page layouts and delete entries at any time. See other information below. Promotions
From time to time, The Green Directory may run promotional listing prices. All existing customers are entitled to upgrade to new promotions, however this is subject to a new 12 month agreement, which will run from the agreed date, automatically cancelling the previous agreement. Continuing a listing agreement will ensure that you benefit from an older promotion that may no longer be available. Cancelling/upgrading a listing from an old promotion, will mean you are unable to re-enter into that promotion if you decide to “down grade” or resubmit a listing.
Submitting Green Articles to our Blog
Listed business have the capability to submit articles to promote their sector and their business. When submitting articles to the Blog at The Green Home you confirm that you have the right to provide us with the articles and grant us unlimited use of the articles. You also confirm you grant us unlimited permission to edit them and to publish them either in their original form or in our edited form on The Green Home and any other website owned or controlled by Green Home Solutions Ltd. You also grant us permission to use extracts of your articles within our websites too.
